We value your time and reserve the appropriate time needed for your scheduled appointments. Please take note of our cancelation policy:
We require 24 hours notice. This can be done after hours by leaving us a voicemail or message on our website. “No-shows” or same day cancelations will be subject to a fee starting at $25. The fee is based on the technician as well as the amount of time we reserved for your appointment. We understand emergencies do happen and allow for a first time warning in most instances.
Large group bookings of 4 or more require a 50% deposit and require 14 days notice for cancelations. In the event that we receive notice
within this time frame, the deposit will be refunded or applied to the new bookings. If the cancelation is after the allowed time frame the deposit is forfeited.
Specialty services that require longer times require a 50% deposit. 72 hours notice is required for a refund. Cancelations after this time frame will result in your deposit being forfeited and will be non-refundable.
